Book Week 2013 will take place from Sunday March 3rd to Thursday 7th March. The week kicks off with the grand final of the Spelling Bee with competitors from Dubai, RAK and Fujairah vying to be our champion spellers. There will be a talk by Dr. Samineh Shaheem for Grade 12 students on planning the future you want. 50 fortunate Grade 9 students will get the chance to see and hear Nick Arnold, author of over 20 books in the Horrible Science series. Teachers will read in the gardens again during break time. Lots of competitions will happen during the week including Spot the Teacher, Short Story Writing and one for the teachers' - decorate your classroom door to look like a book cover.All the details can be found on the new website ATHS Book Week 2013
