Great news!
Lots of new books have arrived in the library including the Total Football series by Alan Gibbons and dozens of new graded readers. Hopefully most of these will be catalogued and ready to be borrowed at the start of next term.
Remember - if there are any books you would like to see in the library give me the details such as author, title and publisher and I'll see what I can do.
It's not too late to enter the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature writing competitions. There are competitions for Poetry in both Arabic and English on the theme of 'Hero or Villain' and Story Writing, again in either Arabic or English on the theme of 'Seeking the Truth'. Check out the website for more details. The closing date for entries is November 25th.
Good luck!
